3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or booking services.
• Ensure your dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations and free of contagious diseases before participating in any group or private sessions. Proof of vaccination may be required.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Canine Compass instructors and staff during training sessions.
• Assume full responsibility for your dog's behavior and any damage or injury caused by your dog.

4. Payment and Cancellations

All fees for services are clearly stated on our website or provided upon inquiry. Payment is required in advance for most services. Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Group Classes: No refunds or make-up classes for missed sessions once a class series has commenced.
• Private Consultations/Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Behavioral Modification Programs: Specific terms and conditions for payment and cancellation will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Canine Compass reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, and will provide notice and alternative arrangements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Canine Compass or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission from Canine Compass.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Canine Compass endeavors to provide professional and effective training services, we cannot guarantee specific results, as dog behavior is complex and influenced by various factors. Canine Compass, its instructors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, or loss of profits arising out of your participation in our services or use of our online platform.
